We help with your community activities such as assisting you with shopping, transport, travel training using public transport, written communication, completing forms, and paying bills, budgeting, paying rent on time, domestic tasks and attending appointments.
Special service is delivered to you when you reside in shared living in relation to the plan and needs.
This assistance can either be temporary or ongoing involves you live in cluster units, the same household or live in a host family arrangement.
